NLC signed the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Mahanadi Coal
Fields Ltd. (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Ltd. and Hindalco
Industries Ltd. (HIL) for developing and mining Talabira II & III coal
blocks. The JV will have coal mining capacity of 20 MTPA...NLC and HIL will hold 15% each in the equity share capital of JV
while MCL will hold 70%

i'm expecting some big news which may give 20-25 rupee jump but i personaly feel that some huge target in nov 07 cos this is what change in open intrest indicates
intresting thing is that marill lynch and clsa gave sell call on hindalco...are they planning to buy lower??? beware about gora's
